4. double click then see the difference.

yup, just save it on your desktop so it is readily available whenever you need it.

use it whenever your PC's RAM is running low (symptoms are slow opening of application, slow switching, slow closing, hanged apps).

its the same as previously posted by admin jonas but i prefer this because the effects are immediate. and this is not a program so it will not add up to your list of processes.
